Responsibilities:
Video Production: Conceptualize, script, direct, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and events.
Event Coverage: Video coverage for events, full editing, and highlights and montage creation from captured footage.
Video Editing: Edit and post-produce video content to ensure it meets Zarttech’s brand standards and effectively communicates key messages.
Storyboarding: Create compelling storyboards and visual narratives to guide video production projects.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and ensure visual consistency across all media.
Visual Branding: Ensure that all video content aligns with Zarttech’s brand guidelines and messaging.
Equipment Management: Oversee and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
Talent Coordination: Arrange and coordinate talent, crew, and locations for video shoots.
Video Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate video content into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Animation: Develop animated videos and motion graphics to convey complex information or engage the audience.
Media Strategy: Collaborate on media strategies to maximize the reach and impact of video content.
Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively for video projects.
Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality standards for all video and media projects.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in video production and storytelling, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video content.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools.
Excellent event coverage, cinematography, and camera operation skills.
Knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of the tech industry and digital economy.
Experience working in a startup.
Marketing knowledge or experience.
