Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for our brand that align with our mission, objectives and communication strategy.
• Work with senior creative team to actualize the creative vision for the organization.
• Produce high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
• Collaborate with project team and clients to understand their requirements and excellent designs that exceed expectations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Learn new skills and techniques via trainings and mentorship as required by the role.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects to ensure modern and innovative results.

Qualifications:

• At least +2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Experience in both print and digital design, with a deep understanding of different media requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
