Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of printing processes and web design principles is a plus
Responsibilities:
Create visual concepts and graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Design marketing materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, and social media graphics
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives
Understand project requirements and translate them into design concepts
Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
Prepare files for print production and web publishing, ensuring proper specifications and formats are met
Assist with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo editing and retouching
