We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive our brand’s online presence and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating compelling content, and managing our social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in building our brand’s online community and increasing brand awareness.

Type: Onsite/Full time

Location: Port Harcourt

Salary Range: NGN50 – NGN100k/Month

Responsiblities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand’s goals and values.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.
• Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media tools and platforms.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the tech and software industry is highly desirable.
• Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
