Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business expansion to drive growth and revenue.
  • Partnership Development: Develop and maintain relationships with industry organizations, corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Networking: Represent Zarttalent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong network and raise brand awareness.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue through student enrollment, corporate partnerships, and other revenue streams.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities, providing insights to inform Zarttalent’s business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media/Community team to create content and campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Academy Director Collaboration: Collaborate with the Academy Director to align business development goals with the academy’s programs and curriculum.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential partners, sponsors, and clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to ensure favorable terms for Zarttalent.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets related to business development initiatives and report on financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the education or tech industry.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and align business development efforts with the Social Media/Community team and Academy Director.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
  • Knowledge of tech education and industry trends is a plus.
